Top of my list is God. I am thankful for Him and His many blessings.

Next, I’m thankful for my beautiful wife and five amazing children. I am left in awe of them every day.

Then comes YOU… Thank you for reading my work and partnering with me and my team to create award winning direct response marketing campaigns. I hope you will continue to do so in the years to come.

Thank you to my incredible, talented team at Creative Direct Marketing Group. I see your hard work and dedication daily.

And finally, I’m thankful that we live in a country where freedom wins out over socialism.

When the pilgrims came to America to escape persecution from the English government, they arranged for a system of shared property and socialism. Every person was given an equal share of food, property, and compensation for their labor… regardless of how hard they had worked or whether they worked at all.

The result was an anemic economy.

Poverty.

Famine.

Discontent.

Resentment and confusion.

Entitlement.

The colony grew sick, weak, hungry. Even able-bodied people began to slack for the lack of incentive.

After 3 years of turmoil, they abandoned socialism and adopted a new economic system.

Every family unit would plant and grow their own crops, producing for themselves.

Under the new system of private ownership and free enterprise, the pilgrims thrived.

They were happier, more industrious, and much more productive.

That’s why, each Thanksgiving, I celebrate and thank God for their industrious ingenuity… among many other things.
