So, does multichannel marketing improve email response?

My team at CDMG tested a client’s email campaign by sending to:

  1. Email names only.
  2. Email names that also got a direct mail piece, banner ad, and Facebook ads.

What were the results of the email campaign?

Email #2 had an open rate 26.6% better than #1, and the click-through rate was 182% better.
