Here’s a test that can help you increase your online orders.

In this test, a website was able to recover abandoned shopping carts by an email following system.

If a potential customer didn’t complete the sale, they got an email follow-up message asking what happened and if they needed any extra help or if an unexpected error had occurred. The email offered to resolve any problems.

This was tested against doing nothing after the shopping cart was abandoned.

The results…

When nothing was sent after abandonment, the conversion rate was only 0.49%.

After the follow up email was implemented, the conversion rate shot up to 0.73%.

This shows that just one strategic email assignment numbers up online shoppers completed the process when presented with a second chance.

A tests show a combination of remarketing, emails ad text messages are the ideal way to promote your most likely suiters.
