32% response rate.

Let me tell you how you can generate a response rate that high.

That type of response rate is typical when you do a videolog.

A videolog is a unique video direct mail piece. When you open the insert in the envelope, you see a mini video screen and a video that plays a message of your choice.

The video can be 60 seconds or 60 minutes.

And the impact is huge.

A videolog has the “wow” effect you need to break through a tough-to-reach audience or present a hard-to-understand audience for B2C or B2B.

Our client, GT Biopharma, Inc., told us they wanted to put on a special event for a small group of investment newsletter writers.

They wanted to share about their company so that the newsletter writers could learn about and hopefully write about it, recommending it to their paid subscribers — The most active investors in the world.

Our creative team knew that these newsletter writers were not only among the most skeptical audience in the world, but they also did not want to travel, and the event was in Miami, Florida.

And they certainly didn’t want to be hearing a lecture or speeches.

To overcome the skepticism and the objections to going to Miami, Florida, we produced a powerful 2-minute 45-second video.

When the newsletter writer opened the envelope, they got a cardboard-type 4-page insert that says, “An Exclusive Breakthrough Newsletter Writer Briefing: RSVP now to secure your spot.”

When they opened it up, there was additional copy on the left side, and on the right-hand side, the video played with a direct response video message encouraging the writers to attend the special event.

Videolog’s are a powerful tool to send to prospects or clients.

It won us our 104th award… Gold Winner for Marketing Promotional Materials.

And a very happy client.
