Here is a great quote from Shark Tank’s Daymond John:
“If they’re doing sales, in 80 percent of their sales, are they relying on a department store? So now they’ve got to make it for $10, sell it to the department store at $20, the department store may or may not pull it out and put it on the rack.
“Then when the kids who’re on Instagram all day who work in the store finally sell it to somebody, do they even know who it was sold to? If so, I don’t want to know that business.”
