Most people who say they want advice, help or your product…really don’t.
Deep down, they want affirmation.
They want you to say, “What you’ve done is brilliant!” “What you are going to do is wonderful.” “What you’re buying is such a great decision.”
The last thing they want is copy that does not affirm them. You’ll destroy response if you put down their beliefs, try to change their self-image, or undermine their core values. Most prospects are unsure if they respond, if they have made a bad or wrong decision.
